Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to ICU; 2. Age >18 years old; 3. Patients or their legal representatives have signed informed consent. They understand the purpose, steps and content of the study and voluntarily participate the clinical trial. Note: screening criteria for CRE high-risk patients (only one is enough ) : Age > 70; Diabetes; APACHEII score >12; Admitted to a medical institution within 3 months; Transfer directly from other medical institutions or departments with high CRE infection rate; Used carbapenems or third-or fourth-generation cephalospores or quinolones for 3 days within 1 month; Deep vein catheterization time >48h; Mechanical ventilation time > 48h; Tumor of the blood system; Treated with immunosuppression for >4 weeks; Expect to stay in ICU for > 48 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and perinatal women; 2. Patients and their families cannot cooperate with the treatment; 3. Patients with CRE infection have been identified; 4. Failing to obtain informed consent; 5. Rectal and perirectal diseases or surgery.
