19 Years to 93 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged = 18 years old; 2) patients who underwent hip and knee replacement in our department from August 1, 2016 to December 31, 2017;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients had not undergone TEG evaluation; 2. previous history of DVT or PE; 3. Patients treated with thromboprophylactic agents other than Rivaroxaban (including heparin, enoxaparin, aspirin warfarin, inferior vena cava filters, or any combination of VTE prophylactic drugs); 4. Patients did not treated with tranexamic acid; 5. The patients had thrombocytopenia, diagnosed hemophilia or chronic bleeding problems (eg, peptic ulcer), or decreased liver function; 6. Pre-operative anemia (hemoglobin <110 g/L in females and hemoglobin <12o g/L in males); 7. incomplete medical records.
