65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 to 80 years old; 2. ASA grade: II to III; 3. Body mass index 18-28kg/m2; 4. Hb>110 g/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Disagree to sign informed consent; 2. Coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, heart failure; 3. Peripheral vascular disease and arterial puncture contraindications; 4. Other systemic history of hypertension, diabetes, and mental illness. 5. Abnormalities in vital organs such as heart, lung, liver and kidney.
