18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with craniotomy aneurysm clipping; 2. Hunt-Hess grade 0-II; 3. Fisher grade I-II; 4. aged 18-65 years; 5. patients agreed to participate in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with bacterial aneurysms and dissection aneurysms; 2. patients with a history of stroke or TIA within 6 months; 3. patients with obvious symptoms of peripheral vascular disease; 4. patients with systemic diseases affecting relevant indicators; 5. pregnant women; 6. patients with diseases that are not suitable for RIPC treatment, such as cardiac ischemic disease, abnormal blood coagulation, deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities; 7. autologous blood recovery during surgery.
