Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than 18 years old; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grades II to III; 3. Basic heart disease is coronary heart disease, elective coronary artery bypass grafting for the first time 4. Sinus rhythm before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of atrial fibrillation,sick sinus syndrome,and atrioventricular block; 2. Combined with moderate to severe valvular heart disease,congenital heart disease,cardiomyopathy and other organic heart disease; 3. Ventricular septal perforation and ventricular aneurysm after myocardial infarction; 4. Other cardiac surgery such as valve replacement during the same period; 5. History of transcatheter radiofrequency ablation for atrial fibrillation and pacemaker implantation; 6. Preoperative application of class I or III antiarrhythmic drugs; 7. Hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism,severe renal failure,severe liver failure,severe pulmonary disease,severe preoperative infection,electrolyte disturbance; 8. Postoperative death or combined with malignant tumor and other serious diseases affecting the prognosis; 9. Emergency operation; 10. mental disorder or disabled; 11. Serious lack of medical records.
