Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the diagnostic criteria for tobacco dependence; 2. Diagnostic criteria for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or high-risk criteria; 3. Aged 18 to 85 years; 4. Willing to accept smoking cessation treatment, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other smoking cessation treatments were received within 30 days; 2. Severe hypoxemia and respiratory failure; 3. Severe heart, liver, kidney and nervous system diseases; 4. There were myocardial infarction or pulmonary embolism, chest, upper abdomen or cranial hemangioma in the past six months; 5. Severe hypertension and hypertension crisis; 6. Bronchial asthma, interstitial lung disease and other pulmonary diseases; 7. The researchers judged that there were other diseases or mental states that could not meet the research requirements.
