Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: Couples are primary infertility,eliminate common infertility factors. Eg: semen abnormalOvulation disorder; Fallopian tube obstruction Uterine factor,Immune fact. Fertilized egg failure or fertilization rate <30% in conventional IVF; Control group: Naturally conceived, normally born couple.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There are clear reasons for infertility. Eg: Male semen abnormal femaleOvulation disorder, Fallopian tube obstruction, Uterine factor, Immune factorand so on.
