Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age=60 years; 2. Patients who consent to implant a pacemaker; 3. Patients in line with the latest implantable pacemaker treatment in China in 2010 and the The present adaptation that is awared of and suggested or the adaptation of Cardiac device treatment for heart failure in Guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of heart failure in China in 2014; 4. Patients volunteered to participate and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who have Mental ilIness and have poor coordination with follow-up and related examinations; 2. Patients not volunteered to participate or sign the informed consent.
