Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Normal control group: 1. No dental caries in oral examinations; 2. No periodontitis, gingivitis, oral mucosal lesions, no salivary glands and other oral related diseases; 3. No serious systemic diseases; 4. No genetics medical history. Common caries patients: 1. have dental caries in oral examinations (tooth decay fewer than 5, no neck smooth surface caries and root surface caries); 2. No periodontitis, gingivitis, oral mucosal lesions, no salivary glands and other oral related diseases; 3. No serious systemic diseases; 4. No genetics medical history. Rampant caries patients: 1. full mouth more than a bad gum (mostly smooth facial paralysis or root and neck spasms), occurred within a year; 2. a clear sense of self-ability.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. According to different research purposes and research drug populations; 2. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 3. Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
