40 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades: I or II; 2. Diagnosis of uterine fibroids and will accept general anesthesia laparoscopic hysterectomy; 3. Aged 40 to 60 years old; 4. BMI 18 ~ 25 kg/m2; 5. Operation time: 1~2h; 6. Willing to use PCIA after surgery; 7. Signed informed consent and willing to be followed up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. coagulopathy,allergic constitution,pregnant or lactation; 2. patients with uarthritis,hyperoxalate urine,urate kidney stones,glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase; 3. deficiency,hemochromatosis,sickle cell anemia,iron granulocyte anemia or thalassemia; 4. patients with psychiatric diseases or cognitive dysfunction and communication obstacles; 5. allergy to opioids or abuse of opioids.
