Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed informed consent; 2. Diagnosed definitively; 3. Aged 18 to 65 years old;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. active infections; 2. the cleaning degree of intestinal tract is III degree or IV degree; 3. pregnancy and lactating women; 4. Severe organ dysfunction (patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, sever Cardiopulmonary dysfunction).
