45 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 45 to 75 years, weight 40-90kg; 2. ASA II - III, NYHA I - III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Sepsis to site of puncture; 2. Left ventricular ejection fraction <50%; 3. a history of liver or kidney disease; 4. allergy to amide-type anesthestics; 5. low cardiac output syndrome with inotrope and/or intra-aortic balloon pump support; 6. With heart valve disease; 7. With intra-aortic balloon pump support; 8. With neuropsychiatric disorders.
