21 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At least one cycle of IVF/ICSI has been performed in the reproductive center of our hospital, and there are =4 frozen embryos (D3) available, and the available embryo standard; 2. Age <35 years old; 3. Regular menstrual regularity (24~35 days); 4. Normal liver and kidney function and negative for hepatitis B and C virus antigens.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital uterine malformation; 2. Uterine lesions; 3. Chromosomal abnormalities in both couples; 4. Steroid hormone drugs were used for 3 months before the study; 5. With genital tract infection; 6. With immune disease.
