Age
40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 40 to 60 years, menstrual disorder or menopause for more than 3 months, and FSH>10U/L; 2) Women with artificial menopause or removed ovaries should be more than 6 weeks; 3) Kupperman Index 15 to 27.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The following diseases should be excluded: hyperthyroidism, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, hypertension or pheochromocytoma, neurasthenia, psychosis, and other diseases closely related to the main disease; 2. No combination of estrogen or estrogen/progesterone has been used.
