Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients are CSF1R mutation confirmed by gene testing; 2. The donor is CSF1R mutation negative and HLD-compatible with the recipient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of HDLS is not clear; 2. The patient with contradictory to HSCT.
