Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Comply with the diagnostic criteria for chronic lumbar muscle strain; (2) Aged 18 to 75 years; (3) VAS points 3 to 8 points; (4) Agree to participant the research and its treatment, sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with severe skin damage or skin diseases at the treatment site; (2) Patients with severe heart, lung, brain, blood system diseases and diabetes; (3) those with organic or functional lesions, such as lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, ankylosing spondylitis, bone and joint tuberculosis, osteomyelitis, cancer lumbar metastases and bladder disease, etc., urinary tract Systemic diseases and low back pain caused by gynecological diseases.
