Age
20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 20 and 45 years; 2. The endometrial thickness is less than 6 mm; 3. Repetitive implantation failure or recurrent abortion result from endometrial factors confirmed by the color Doppler Ultrasound examination; 4. Ineffective estrogen therapy; 5. Cycle cancelled because of thin endometrium; 6. Normal liver, heart, and kidney function; 7. Absence of HIV, Hepatitis B or C, syphilis and psychiatric pathology; 8. Serum ß-hCG is negative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other genital disease ingcluding hysteromyoma, adenomyosis, hydrosalpinx or other chronic disease that incapable for pregnancy; 2. Combined with serious heart disease, liver disease, kedney diseases and diabetes et al; 3. Malignant tumor; 4. Acute urogenital infection; 5. Allergy to G-CSF or contraindication to G-CSF; 6. Participating in other clinical trials of drugs in the latest month; 7. There are serious diseases that endanger patients' safety or affect patients' completion of this study; 8. Patients who have not signed the informed consent.
