Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All persons=40 years old without past history of ischemic stroke who signed the informed consent were considered eligible for the study if they were resident in the area on OCT 1, 2017.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: those who <40 years old ,or those who would not to sign the informed consent.
