Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30-80 years old; 2. Primary/secondary hip osteoarthritis, course of disease = 6 months; 3. Difficult to walk, and 3 month conservative treatment is ineffective; 4. AP plain radiograph shows narrowing of hip joint space; 5. The radiography and physical examination confirm that the hip pain and limitation of activities of daily Living are caused by hip joint disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mild hip joint disease or course of disease < 6 months; 2. Pathological fracture (spine metastasis myeloma); 3. Neurological disease causing limitation of motion as Parkinson's Disease, cerebral infarction; 4. The radiography and physical examination confirm that the hip pain and limitation of activities of daily Living are not caused by hip joint disease; 5. Coagulopathy, localized infection of surgical region; 6. Malignancy, other systemic diseases which severely affect the motion, joint function and quality of life.
