Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical manifestations of refractory hypertension: After 3 or more kinds of antihypertensive drugs, one of which is a diuretic, diastolic blood pressure is still = 90mm Hg and (or) systolic blood pressure = 140mmHg after 1 month of treatment. 5 or more drugs (including thiazine diuretics and corticosteroid receptor antagonists) are diagnosed as refractory hypertension, which can be classified as a subtype of resistant hypertension; 2. Aged 20 to 80 years old; 3. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent; Note: Blood pressure(BP) in the office room is used as the main diagnostic method. Home blood pressure measurement (newly diagnosed hypertensive patients for 2 consecutive weeks, patients with significant blood pressure fluctuations for 3 to 7 days, 2 times in the morning and evening, respectively) and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM) are the means of auxiliary methods to help diagnosing hypertension to exclude pseudohypertension. Diagnostic criteria include as follows: Family self-test BP = 135/85mmHg, ABPM: all day (24 h) = 130/80mmHg, daytime = 135/85mmHg, nighttime = 120/70mmHg. More than 85% of the effective number of 24 hours a day is mandatory.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary hypertension; 2. Life expectancy is less than 1 year; 3. Simultaneously taking drugs that affect blood pressure, such as licorice, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), oral contraceptives, steroids, cyclosporine, erythropoietin, ephedrine, etc. while taking antihypertensive drugs; 4. Unstable heart failure, II degree or complete atrioventricular block, sick sinus syndrome, cardiogenic shock, severe hypotension (systolic blood pressure <85mmHg), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, liver damage, pregnancy Or breast-feeding women, and other patients that the study team considers inappropriate.
