Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are diagnosed with the Graves disease expressed in Western medicine; 2. Patients who have not been treated with antithyroid drugs, radiation iodine or thyroidectomy; 3. Patients who written the informed consent form and meet the requirements of the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combine primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic syste, tumor and mental diseases; 2. Patients with severe hyperthyroidism and complications (such as hyperthyroidism with liver function damage, transaminase levels up to 5 times normal upper limit, blood neutrophils <1×10^9/L, hyperthyroidism combined with cardiac insufficiency, ejection fraction <50%, hyperthyroidism with hypertensive crisis, hyperthyroidism with malignant arrhythmia, hyperthyroidism crisis, etc.); 3. Those who are allergies or allergic to multiple drugs; 4. Patients who are unable to follow the prescribed medications, or whose work environment is constantly changing, such as patients who are likely to be lost to follow-up, or who have not reached the set observation period and have given up treatment, are unable to determine the effect of drug treatment, or have incomplete materials; 5. Patients are also receiving other clinical trials.
