Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia with laparoscopic cholecystectomy, aged 18-75 years old, ASA1-2, non-smokers, BMI<30kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from cardio-pulmonary diseases, abnormal structure of the nasopharyngeal cavity and history of nasopharyngeal surgery, patients with airway obstruction, patients with cognitive impairment, and those who are allergic to the drug in this study.
