Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke developed by the 4th National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995. It is confirmed by CT or MRI as cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, and both are supratentorial lesions 2. Between 18 and 80 years of age; 3. First onset, unilateral hemiplegia; 4. With spastic foot drop and talipes varus in hemiplegic lower extremity; 5. post stroke duration of = 6 months ,and the Modified Ashworth scale of hemiplegic lower extremity =?+; 6. Participants or their parents agrees to receive the treatment and provide written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe allergies, history of allergies to alcohol or botulinum toxin; 2. Severe cardiovascular disease or liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. High blood pressure instability; 4. Local infection at the injection site; 5. Serious cognitive dysfunction or mental disorder can not complete or cooperate with the study; 6. Taking antispasmodic drugs recently.
