Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elective operation of craniotomy; Aged from 18 to 70 years old; The American anesthesiologist is classified as class I - II; General anesthesia; no history of PONV and motion sickness;no history of acupuncture; No antiemetic drugs were used within 24 hours before operation; Willing to participate in the experiment and sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Nausea and vomiting occurred in 24h before operation; Pregnant women; lactation; menstrual period; Drug abuse; alcoholism; a criminal; Chemotherapy and radiotherapy 7 days before operation; Cardiac pacemaker patient; Refusing to receive acupuncture and moxibustion; Mental disease; Patient has a history of epilepsy or is currently taking antiepileptic drugs; Patient has a mental disorder or inability to communicate before the operation; Operation of the ventricles of the brain or the brain stem; Signs of severe intracranial pressure and encephalopathy; Diabetic patients with poor glycemic control (fasting blood glucose >12mmol/L); Suffering from hemorrhagic disease; Patient has a serious systemic disease.
