Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone prostate biopsy or have been treated with TURP for diagnosis of prostate cancer Prostate biopsy indications: (A) Prostate nodules found on rectal examination, any PSA value; (1) PSA> 10 ng/ml, any f/t PSA or PSAD value; (2) PSA 4-10ng/ml, abnormal f/tPSA or PSAD values; (3) PSA 4-10 ng/ml, normal f/t PSA or PSAD, abnormal findings on ultrasound or MRI (where f/tPSA =0.25-0.27 or PSAD>0.15 is abnormal); 2. Voluntary participants and signing informed consent patients; 3. Patients who can communicate well with the investigator and follow the entire follow-up requirement 4. Blood glucose standard: After excluding stress, strenuous exercise, infection and other predisposing factors, two fasting blood glucose levels were greater than 6.1 mmol/L for the hyperglycemia group, and fasting blood glucose levels below 5.6 mmol/L for the normoglycemic group. (Normal adult fasting blood glucose is 3.9-6.1mmol/L, less than 11.1 mmol/L at 2 hours after meal).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. prostate biopsy but no prostate cancer tissue; 2. Poor compliance, patients who refused follow-up or lost to follow-up; 3. Exclude hyperglycemia caused by predisposing factors such as stress, strenuous exercise, and infection.
