Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The tracts of anal fistula cause the deep layer of external sphincter muscle of anus; 2. patients'aged 18 to 70 years; 3. patient signs the agreement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. perianal abscess; 2. the acute inflammation stage of anal fistula; 3. patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), traumatic, malignant, or radiation-induced anal fistula; 4. patients with severe system diseases; 5. patient disagree to take part in this program.
