Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly above the age of 65, patients with regular reappointments for prescriptions, or healthy individuals from health checkups

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Strokes or other cardiovascular diseases, poor control of blood sugar levels and blood pressure, upper respiratory track infections, and eye or hand infections
