Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis clear for great saphenous varicose disease; CEAP classification is c2-c6; 2. Aged from 18 to 80 years old; 3. Possible to treat with both radiofrequency ablation and high ligation/stripping 4. Informed consent, voluntary tested.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy lactating women; 2. combined with severe heart brain liver and kidney hematopoietic system and endocrine system and other primary disease; 3. patients with mental illness or AIDS; 4. patients with deep venous thrombosis; 5. patients with acute systemic infectious disease; 6. belongs to surgery anesthesia contraindications patients; 7. diabetes mellitus, blood glucose control is unstable (fasting blood sugar is greater than 10.0 mmol/l); 8. subjects who are participating in other drug clinical studies; 9. patients with a history of deep venous thrombosis sequelae (PTS), KT syndrome or arteriovenous fistula in patients with non primary varicose veins; 10.great saphenous vein was distorted, not suitable for the treatment of patients with radiofrequency ablation.
