Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All ICU patients suspected of fluid overload. Evaluation criteria for liquid overload: 1. A history of rapid or large infusion; 2. Previous history of similar attacks has been confirmed; 3. Symptoms and signs of cardiac dysfunction: rapid heart rate, high blood pressure, inability to lie flat pink, bubbling sputum, galloping horse ball, conjunctival edema, jugular venous rage; 4. Symptoms and signs of respiratory failure: dyspnea with low oxygen saturation in both lungs; 5. CVP is greater than 12 MMHG; 6. BNP is greater than normal; 7. PICCO index: GEDVI is greater than normal;ITBVI is greater than normal); 8. Cardiopulmonary ultrasound results (lung b-line);The inferior vena cava is wide with little or no variation. Patients who met one or more of the above criteria were included in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who meet any of the following exclusion criteria cannot be included in the study 1. Diseases requiring routine use of hormones (autoimmune disease hematopathy); 2. drug poisoning; 3. The circulation is unstable and needs to be maintained by vasoconstrictor drugs; 4. When severe coagulation is not corrected (as in severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock); 5. The patient or family member refuses to sign an informed consent.
