Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: As for detection of MANF expression in lung tissue of patients with pneumonia, all patients with definite diagnosis of lung infection or non infection can be selected.As for detection of MANF expression in inflammatory response related brain dysfunction, all patients who were diagnosed as pneumonia or sepsis and those who clearly excluded inflammation and infection could be included, all patients with normal preoperative cognitive function and major surgical intervention were also included in the cognitive function assessment group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who fail to undergo bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage for various reasons;If patients with cognitive abnormalities before surgery, or those whose cognitive function can not be completed by various reasons, they can not be included in the cognitive function assessment group.
