18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with thalassemia through clinical and genetic diagnosis; 2. Age ranging from 18 to 70 years; male or female; ECOG physical strength score is 0~2; 3. HB of patients without transfusion is below 90g/dl; patients needs blood transfusion to maintain hemoglobin; 4. Patients signed written informed consent prior to the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In the first 3 months of the inclusion, patients taking drugs that may affect the efficacy judgment, such as EPO, hydroxy urea, thalidomide, etc.; 2. Patients with severe heart-lung and renal insufficiency, combined cardio-cerebral vessels, tumors and other serious diseases, a history of arteriovenous thrombosis, basic life-threatening conditions, and patients with anemia associated with other causes; 3. Mental patients; 4. Patients with oral drug incapacity; 5. Patients in childbearing age who are unwilling to take contraceptive measures;Pregnant, lactating women; 6. Patients allergic to this product;driver and machine operator; 7. Patients were determined not suitable to participate in the trial.
