Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) conforming to the diagnostic criteria of stroke formulated by the Fourth National Conference on cerebrovascular diseases; (2) the diagnosis of stroke was confirmed by craniocerebral CT or MRI, and there was hemiplegic shoulder pain; (3) for the first time, the stroke duration was less than 2 months; (4) patients were informed of the study and signed relevant documents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) a history of shoulder pain prior to stroke; (2) an unstable medical condition or uncontrolled systemic diseases (3) quadriplegia; (4) those demanding cardiac pacemakers; (5) administering any non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) for shoulder pain prior to the study; (6) disturbance of awareness, severe visual, and cognitive impairment.
