Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: clinical records of all semen non-liquefaction patients and weak sperm disease patients (hospitalisations during January 1, 2012 to May 31, 2018) should be complete and accurate, and the follow-up visits lasted for 0.75-6 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. non-semen non-liquefaction; 2. organic diseases, including uraemia, cirrhosis and liver failure, lung failure, endocrine dysfunction, mental disorder, azoospermia, or severe oligospermia; 3. incomplete clinical records; 4. willing to terminal the treatment or refusing follow-up visits.
