18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged = 18 years; 2) Performance status ECOG 0-2; 3) All patients must have microscopically confirmed adenocarcinoma of the stomach; 4) All patients must have undergone a potentially curative resection of a primary gastric tumor (R0 resection); Patients with tumor stages IB through IIIC are eligible for this study. Radiation therapy must begin within 8 weeks of surgery; 5) Patients may not have received prior radiation therapy to the treatment field; 6) Participant or legal representative must understand the investigational nature of this study and sign an Independent Ethics Committee/Institutional Review Board approved written informed consent form prior to receiving any study related procedure.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Any metastatic disease (M1); 2) Patients who are unable to tolerate treatment are excluded, such as severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, severe arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, severe coagulant disease, severe liver disease and so on; 3) Patients had T4 disease due to the direct involvement of pancreas, or patients had undergone pancreatic tissue resection; 4) Pregnant or nursing female participants; 5) Unwilling or unable to follow protocol requirements.
