Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 5-65 years; 2. According to the diagnostic standards of Diagnosis and Treatment Guideline of Allergic Rhinitis (2015,Tianjin): two symptoms or above of sneezing, watery rhinorrhea, nasal itch and nasal obstruction, which last or accumulate to 1 hour a day, and may be accompanied with ocular symptoms such as itch, lacrimation and redness; 3. Signs: pale nasal mucosa, edema and watery secretion; 4. Allergen detection: positive reaction to house dust mite and Dermatophagoides farine in skin prick test (level 2 or above) and or serum specific IgE of house dust mite and Dermatophagoides farine greater than or equal to 0.70kU/L. Patients who are satisfied with cervical lymphatic injection or skin injection and willing to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. severe and uncontrolled asthma or irreversible airway obstructive diseases; 2. use of ß-blockers or ACEI; 3. serious cardiovascular diseases; 4. serious immunologic diseases; 5. severe psychiatric disorders or patients who can not understand risks and limitations of treatment; 6. malignancies; 7. pregnancy.
