Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged = 36 years old; 2. Women who undergoing the first cycle of fresh IVF cycle using their own oocytes; 3. Women with normal fertilized embryo (2PN) number greater than or equal to 4; 4. Women who sign informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women have history of recurrent abortion: spontaneous abortion more than 3 times; 2. Women have bilateral or unilateral hydrosalpinx (B ultrasonic examination did not do ligation treatment); 3. Women have diagnosed with uterine malformation (Monogonium, mediastinal uterus, duplicated uterus, biglet uterus, except shallow mediastinum), adenomyoma of uterus compressed endometrium, subserous myoma = 5 cm, multiple uterine myoma, myoma of myometrium muscularis > 3 cm, submucous myoma, submucous myoma, Intrauterine adhesions and endocarditis are not cured; 4. Women who are to undergo preimplantation genetic diagnosis/preimplantation genetic screening; 5. Women whose oocytes with obvious abnormalities (e.g., zona pellucida anomaly); 6. Male or female chromosome abnormality; 7. Patients with OHSS during ovulation promotion.
