Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the WHO 1999 diagnose standard for T2DM: fasting plasma glucose = 7.0 mmol/l ,or 2-hr glucose =11.1mmol/l with a glucose tolerance test, or random blood glucose = 11.1 mmol/l in association with typical symptoms; 2. All enrolled patients will volunteer to participate and sign the subject's informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute complications of T2DM including diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic hyperosmotic coma, etc.; 2. During pregnancy and lactation; 3. Patients in stress state with acute diseases, for example myocardial infarction, severe infection, trauma, etc. within 3 months; 4. Diabetic patients with severe cerebral, renal, cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic and neuromuscular diseases; 5. Histories of severe radiation exposure, vitamin B12 deficiency and neuropathy caused by drug or alcohol; 6. Anaemia or with other hematological diseases; 7. History of cancer.
