Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged=60 years; 2. Decreased grip strength (Male<26kgFemale<18kg) or declined walking speed(<1.0m/s)or unintentional weight decline(=3kg or 5% in the past half year); 3. Healthy conditions stable, autonomous activists; 4. Voluntary participation and completion of consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Can't move or stand up independently from the chair; 2. People who cannot perform exercises due to diseases of the nervous system or osteoarthritis; 3. Chronic cardiopulmonary function decline (means that normal daily activities cannot be performed; NY heart failure is graded in grades III and IV, or cannot tolerate 6-minute walking test ); 4. Severe renal insufficiency (ClCr < 30 ml/min), patients who need to limit protein intake; 5. Severe hepatic insufficiency (transaminase elevation more than 2 times higher), patients who need to limit protein intake; 6. Patients who are suffering from malignant diseases; 7. Patients who are allergic to milk.
