18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with complex kidney stones, the maximum diameter of the stone is greater than 3cm; 2. Be willing to accept percutaneous nephrolithotomy to treat kidney stones; 3. There was no infection before surgery and no obvious damage to renal function; 4. The patient is between 18 and 70 years old and can tolerate prone position surgery; 5. Patient without mental illness or speech impairment, be able to understood and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a contraindication of percutaneous kidney surgery, such as colonic ectopic failure to go through the percutaneous kidney puncture; 2. The coagulation function disorder and the uncontrolled urinary tract infection before operation; 3. Patients who are old and weak and unable to undergo percutaneous nephroscopic surgery.
