Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selective non-cardiac operation, operation time from 1 hour to 3 hours, age from 3 years to 85 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: preoperative sychiatric and central nervous system diseases, Sedation drugs were taken before operation,Preoperative cardiopulmonary, liver and liver dysfunction
