18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The pathological diagnosis of NPC; 2. Subjects voluntarily participated in the study, written informed consent, compliance, and with the follow-up; 3. Aged 18-70 years old; 4. AJCC(8th) stages are T3-4N2-3M0 or others what the cervical lymph node undergoing a needle biopsy without distant 5. ECOG is 0 to 2; 6. The normal function of major organs that blood routine and biochemical tests in line with chemoradiotherapy standards; 7. To be the first treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Chemoradiotherapy contraindications; 3. Can not be clearly described in the response to treatment; 4. Had received radiotherapy or Inconsistent induction chemotherapy; 5. suffers from mental illness, congestive heart failure, angina, hypertension are not yet control, myocardial infarction less than 6 months, active infectious disease,serious medical complications.
