Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Voluntary participation; (2) Health volunteer aged 18-35 years; (3) No Use of drugs which affect serum glucose, lipid and uric acid; (4) Inform Consent Form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fructose intolerance, BMI < 18Kg/m2, diabetes, gout, hypertension, dyslipidemia, Chronic inflammatory disease or immunosuppressive therapy; 2. Participate in other trials during last 3 months; 3. Psychosis; 4. Allergy.
