Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 40-65 years old; (2) Menopausal women (referring to the future tide of at least 12 months of menstruation); (3) Preservation of intact uterus and bilateral attachments; (4) Menopausal symptoms (Kupperman menopausal symptom score > 6 points); (5) Voluntarily join and be conscious.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) vaginitis within 1 month; (2) systemic or topical application of antibiotics or antifungal drugs in the vagina within 1 month; (3) having vaginal douche within one week; (4) taking contraceptive pill or a large number of probiotics within 48 hours; (5) having a bath or swimming within 48 hours; (6) having contraindications to estrogen therapy; (7) taking estrogen or other steroid hormone drugs the recent three months; (8) with diabetes mellitus; (9) pregnancy or lactation; (10) joining other studies at the experimental period.
