Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Accord with the diagnostic criteria for COPD in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2013 Revision), the condition is in an acute exacerbation phase; (2) AECOPD diagnostic criteria: There are at least two major symptoms (difficulty in aggravation, Increased purulent sputum, increased sputum volume, or one major symptom combined with one minor symptom (runny nose, nasal congestion, wheezing, sore throat, cough) lasts for at least two days; (3) All enrolled patients did not participate in any form of pulmonary rehabilitation prior to enrollment; (4) Aged 40 to 80 years; (5) Voluntarily enrolled in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Merging or exhibiting any of the following criteria: the presence of bronchial asthma, pulmonary tuberculosis, etc., in patients with pulmonary organic diseases; the presence of lung cancer or lung metastasis, other serious life-threatening disease complications; severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, Patients with neurological or liver and kidney function impairments; patients with a history of mental illness, cognitive impairment, or communication disorders.
