22 Years to 42 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The primipara with single fetal head pregnancy, gestational age greater than 37 weeks, age 18~40 years, ASA grade I to II, open mouth to 3 cm, and labor analgesia are required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications to intraspinal anesthesia, opioid or sedative drugs, hip pregnancy, height 100 kg, abnormal preeclampsia and fetal heart rate baseline abnormalities, or refusal to receive labor analgesia.
