18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The criteria for admission are (Not a single one can be omitted): 1. In line with the current clinical indications fortotal hysterectomy, adnexectomy, sacral vagina fixation/sacral uterus fixation are required; 2. The stability of life signs (blood pressure, heart rate, respiration); 3. Choose the operation voluntarily and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Can not tolerate surgery since the severe internal medicine complication; 2. Stage of POP-Q I or asymptomatic pelvic floor organ prolapse; 3. Vaginal stenosis or vaginal injury; 4. Douglas's nest closure; 5. Severe endometriosis; 6. Had previous history of pelvic and abdominal surgery (excluding cesarean section); 7. Active period of reproductive system, urinary system or systemic infection; 8. Coagulation dysfunction; 9. Unmarried/Unfertile; 10. Diagnose or suspect malignant cervical, uterine and adnexal diseases; 11. State of pregnancy; 12. Adnexal mass > 10cm; 13. Bilateral adnexectomy.
