Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, aged older than 18 years; 2. Histologically diagnosed HCC, OR clinically diagnosed HCC; 3. Documented progression with or intolerance to first-line sorafenib monotherapy and sorafenib-based combination as first-line therapy for advanced HCC; 4. For patients who receive first-line sorafenib monotherapy or sorafenib-based combination, patients must have received at least 14 days of sorafenib treatment with the lowest dosage of 400 mg per day; 5. Stage is C according to the BCLC staging classification; ECOG performance status 0 or 1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Took part in other anti-tumor clinical study in past 4 weeks include radiotherapy (except palliative radiotherapy), percutaneous ethanol injection, radiofrequency ablation, transarterial embolization, or cryotherapy; 2. Had a solid organ transplant; 3. With brain or leptomeningeal metastases; 4. With esophageal or gastric variceal bleeding within last 6 months. the researchers consider those who were not suitable for inclusion.
