20 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were: age 20 to 55 years, ASA?-?. These enrolled patients were diagnosed as type of intramural fibroids by ultrasonography with symptoms of increased menstrual bleeding, pelvic compression and pain, urinary frequency and anemia. The number of main uterine fibroids no more than 3 myomas with the largest uterine fibroid diameter less than 10cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were: body mass index (BMI) >30kg/m2, ischemic heart disease, congestive heart failure, cerebrovascular disease, kidney vascular disease, hypertension, treatment with gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist 2 months ago, allergy to pituitrin injection and refusing to sign written informed consent.
