40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II grade; 2. aged 30-60 years old, BMI 19-24 kg/m2, weight 50-75 kg; 3. gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients; no history of cardiovascular disease, mental and neurological disease before surgery; 4. ECG, liver and kidney function, lung function are normal; 5. denied a history of drug allergy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe obstructive or restrictive lung disease (defined as forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume within 1 second less than 50% of the expected value); 2. severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. surgery due to illness requiring open surgery; 4. pneumoperitoneum The time is less than 120min.
