Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 80 years old; 2. no serious disability, modified Rankin scale (mRS)=2; 3. patients or their families sign the informed consent form; 4. there is at least one risk factor for blood vessels ( hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia or smoking ) or there has been a history of ischemic stroke in the past; 5. it meets the imaging diagnostic criteria of csvd (erkensjuntti, 2000): the degree of periventricular or subcortical white matter lesions reaches severe ( faze kas score 3 points ); Or multiple lacunar cerebral infarction lesions (>5) with more than moderate paraventricular or subcortical white matter lesions ( faze kas score above 2 points ); 6. meeting the diagnostic criteria of cind: there is more than one impairment of cognitive domain, but it does not affect the ability of daily life.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. meeting the diagnostic criteria for dementia, defined as clinical dementia rating (CDR) > 1; 2. acute stroke ( including cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage ) occurred within 3 months; 3. those who had dementia, depression or schizophrenia in the past; 4. severe aphasia, hearing and visual impairments affect neuropsychology and mental assessment; 5. patients with serious heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases and malignant tumors; 6. at present, there are contraindications for brain MRI examination, including cardiac pacemaker, postoperative cerebral artery occlusion, claustrophobia, etc.; 7. MRI or CT showed that any infarct was = 15 mm in diameter.
